Excercise of rights

As a data subject, you may exercise your rights towards to the Data Controller in the manner indicated below.

The exercise of your rights as a data subject is free of charge pursuant to Article 12 of the GDPR, however, in the case of manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, particularly due to their repetitive character, the Data Controller may charge a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs incurred in managing your request.

In this area there are PDF forms relating each to the specific right you want to exercise:

1. The forms must be downloaded and filled in the appropriate fields;
2. The completed and signed form must be scanned and sent to the email address indicated belowed;
3. The request will be centralized for the attention of the Privacy Representative at email address privacy@cadmos.it.
